Ke studiu LL.M. jsem se přihlásil až v druhé polovině svého profesionálního života. A nelituji toho.

Ústav práva a právní vědy jsem si vybral proto, že má několikaletou tradici.

Dlouhodobě také sleduji práci ředitele Ústavu JUDr. Lisseho, jeho zaujetí pro problematiku rozhodčího řízení, jeho publikační činnost a nadšení, s nímž ke své práci přistupuje. Proto jsem se rozhodl prohloubit své znalosti právě zde a pod jeho vedením.

Oslovila mě také široká nabídka studijních předmětů, které Ústav nabízí, včetně kvalifikovaných přednášejících. Studium LL.M. prohloubilo mé znalosti v oblastech, jimž se věnuji ve své advokátní praxi, ale přimělo mě věnovat se i oblastem práva, s nimiž se jinak nesetkávám. Potěšila mě i možnost navštěvovat přednášky z jiných studijních programů. V každém případě pro mě bylo studium velkým přínosem.

Nejen, že jej mohu doporučit kolegům právníkům, ale i dalším zájemcům o tento způsob profesionálního vzdělávání.
