MBA Executive management (ENG)

The program is based on the Harvard-style teaching model, grounded in the American business philosophy, with a strong focus on decision-making, strategic thinking, and the development of leadership qualities in every student under the guidance of top lecturers from international business practice.

The faculty consists of experienced professionals with many years of real-world expertise. They currently hold or have held senior management roles or have worked in consulting, enabling them to share valuable know-how and practical insights. The academic guarantor of the MBA Executive Management program is Howard Rokofsky, M.A., a recognized expert in interpersonal and corporate communication, author, and international lecturer with more than 25 years of experience in global industries.

Throughout the course, students will gain the ability to lead a company strategically—from vision to execution—enhance their leadership skills, and apply appropriate leadership styles to different business contexts. They will deepen their cultural intelligence (CQ), improve cross-cultural communication and negotiation abilities, and strengthen competencies in empathy, assertiveness, presentation, and ethical leadership.

The program is highly interactive, incorporating hands-on exercises, constructive discussions, and case studies. Students will analyze both successful and failed strategic decisions to understand their practical implications.

The course is taught in English over the span of one year, through online consultations with lecturers and guided self-study via our Student Section, which provides access to all necessary study materials, information, and videos.

A limited number of students per cohort ensures a high level of interaction, exchange of ideas, and collaborative problem-solving during case study analysis.

Graduates are awarded a globally recognized MBA degree, giving them a competitive edge in their professional careers.

IES Certificate (International Education Society) – The program is delivered in cooperation with European Business School SE, and successful graduates receive not only the MBA diploma but also an internationally recognized IES certificate.
