S ohledem na rozsáhlé změny, ke kterým došlo v našem právním řádu zejména v oblasti občanského a obchodního práva, jsem hledala způsob, jak doplnit své vzdělání. Pečlivě jsem proto vybírala mezi vzdělávacími institucemi, které nabízejí nadstavbové studium, a nakonec jsem si vybrala Ústav práva a právní vědy, o. p. s., studijní program LL.M. Korporátní právo.

Důvodem mé konečné volby byly především výborné reference na tuto instituci, skladba vyučovaných předmětů a osoby lektorů. Mohu konstatovat, že přednášky z jednotlivých předmětů pro mne byly vždy přínosné, především proto, že přednášející byli specialisté přímo z daného oboru, schopní ihned zodpovědět otázky z aktuální právní praxe.

Nabyté znalosti jsem si ještě dále upevnila v rámci povinně psaných seminárních prací, které s ohledem na svůj rozsah a prokázání vhledu do zvolené problematiky pokaždé vyžadovaly dané téma důkladně nastudovat.
