Studium MBA jsem si vybral pro rozšíření znalostí v oblasti řízení zaměstnanců. Díky dobře zvolenému programu MBA jsem absolvoval 10 zajímavých tematických setkání a další 4 nepovinná tematická setkání doplňující tento obor. Možnost absolvovat další vzdělávací kurzy nad rámec studia hodnotím velmi kladně. Úroveň lektorů je na velmi vysoké úrovni a na první pohled je vidět, že to jsou profesionálové s rozsáhlými praktickými zkušenostmi.

V každé seminární práci jsem řešil díky získaným znalostem konkrétní problém ve společnosti, ve které pracuji. Mnoho z těchto řešení jsem již v praxi úspěšně realizoval. Výsledkem mého studia byla disertační práce, která do posledního bodu navrhuje řešení všech kritických situací, ke kterým dochází v naší organizaci. Konkrétní téma disertační práce bylo „Optimalizace výkonových a komunikačních procesů“.

Každý absolvovaný předmět nabízí další rozšíření vědomostí pomocí doporučených literatur světových nebo domácích autorů. Jejich četbu vřele doporučuji. Kromě disertační práce je studium ukončeno teoretickou zkouškou, při které student odpovídá na tři otázky ze tří různých tematických okruhů. Všechny otázky jsou navrženy tak, aby jejich zpracováním absolvent získal potřebné znalosti pro své profesní zaměření.

Studium na Ústavu práva a právní vědy doporučuji všem, kteří chtějí pracovat na svém profesním i osobním růstu. Velmi oceňuji vstřícný přístup školy při plánování realizace studia. Ve všech bodech mi vyšli maximálně vstříc a mohl jsem studium přizpůsobit svému profesnímu i osobnímu životu.
