Studium MBA na Ústavu práva a právní vědy mi přineslo nový pohled na řízení a leadership hlavně ve srovnání firem B2B a B2C, a to díky osobním diskusím se zajímavými kolegy z jiných oborů a s lektory.

To je vůbec – z mého pohledu – asi nejvýznamnější přínos studií MBA, interakce se spolužáky, kteří pracují v rozmanitých průmyslových odvětvích a oborech nebo v segmentu služeb, na středních nebo vysokých manažerských pozicích.

Neopominutelná je též velká přidaná hodnota tematických setkání s lektory, kteří jsou v mnohém spíše kolegy a vytváří atmosféru spolupráce a kolegiality, což s sebou pochopitelně nese lepší výsledky, než při pouhém memorování vědomostí.

Absolvoval jsem na Ústavu po MBA Leadershipu dále doktorské studium a mohu říci, že jsem byl s oběma programy, jejich zacílením, obsahem i kvalitou maximálně spokojený a studium mohu vřele doporučit všem středním i vrcholovým manažerům.“
