Pracuji na vysoké škole jako vysokoškolský pedagog, jsem vedoucím katedry atletiky na fakultě tělesné výchovy a sportu, a mimo jiné také ještě člen předsednictva akademického senátu této fakulty.

Důvodem studia managementu ve školství bylo jmenování budoucím katedry atletiky a s tím poznávání nových důležitých legislativních a právních a manažerských rolí, které s tím souvisí.

Největší přínos pro mě byly tematická setkání, která se zabývala legislativou a dále školskou problematikou.

Ze studia managementu si odnáším praktické zkušenosti a teoretické znalosti, které mi umožní orientovat se v nově vznikajících právních normách, a také při řízení týmu.
